I have an abundance of locations scattered all over Northern Virginia from Lorton, to Alexandria, to Burke, to Gainesville and Haymarket. During our phone consultation I will ask what you are looking for in a location and make suggestions from there.

Your outfits, location, and timing can make or break your session. We will work together to choose items that compliment your family, the season, and location.

Your gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session. Be ready to share with family and friends and print your photos.

I basically hear this from you and everyone else. I say that so you can go back and look at my gallery page one more time and know that almost every single mom has told me that same thing. Do they look like they are hating it or having a good time? You tell me. My goal is to make you feel relaxed and at ease so you can enjoy the session and look good doing it!

All of my sessions take place at sunrise and sunset. You can’t get that lovely golden glow at any other hour. Depending on location, it can be 2 hours or 30 minutes after sunrise or before sunset.

Kids will be kids and I don’t want you to worry or be anxious about their behavior during the session. Most kids are excited to be outside and playing with you. I am relaxed during the session and encourage parents to be the same. Children will feed off those vibes! If we need to pause for a break then we will. The classic weather question. As a solely outdoor photographer, I understandably get this question a lot. I will be in contact with you as the session gets closer. The day of your session we will be in contact and I try to make the call as late as possible. If we decide to make the call to cancel then we simply reschedule.
